Reports included
Credit, criminal, eviction, employment, banking and previous-landlord reports are sold separately or bundled, with credit data drawn from TransUnion, Experian and Equifax; Canadian credit comes from Equifax.
Credit Reports from all three major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian and Equifax) are available.

Price of a screening
Single reports and three bundles carry published prices: a one-bureau credit report is $10, dual merge $18, tri merge $25, and the Basic, Statewide and Nationwide bundles are $15, $28 and $40 per applicant.

Who pays for screening
The landlord chooses: they can be billed themselves, or set an application fee the applicant pays by card, with the difference above the report cost paid back to the landlord by bank transfer in the first week of the next month.

How fast the reports come
The vendor promises immediate online access and fast results and says reports keep processing on their own, but it names no hours or days for any report; the only stated time is under an hour to open an account.
