What the price is based on
Paid plans are priced in yearly unit tiers, not per unit: Essentials runs $149 a year for 1-10 units up to $349 for 61+, and Pro $199 up to $999, so the fee steps up as the portfolio crosses each band.

Showings
You publish your availability as a link and the renter picks a slot; the booking and the reminders are then sent without you, on every plan including free.
Once a renter picks a time, we book them and send reminders. All you have to do is set your availability and send a link.
Leases signed online
Leases are built from a state template and signed online, but unlimited leases and signatures come with a paid plan while a free-plan landlord pays for each lease before sending it.
Pay for the lease. We don't charge the expensive fees that come with starting a rental lease agreement from scratch.
State-specific leases
You pick the rental's state and the builder adds that state's required terms; the vendor calls the result lawyer-prepared, and New York, Illinois and Virginia get extra compliance steps.

Free plan or trial
There is a standing $0 plan, not a trial, and the vendor says it lasts forever; renters on it pay a $55 screening fee and $2 on each rent payment by bank transfer.
Yes! We don’t trick landlords into a “free trial” – you can really access all of TurboTenant for $0, forever.
