Each of the three published plans is priced per unit per month as a starting rate, and both footnotes add an undisclosed minimum spend, so the real floor for a small portfolio is not published.

Rent payment fees
The resident help pages confirm a transaction fee is charged on online payments and shown to the renter before they submit, but the amounts for bank transfer and card are never published.
Transaction fees apply when paying online. You are notified of the fee amount before you submit the payment.
Minimum units or minimum fee
The cheapest plan carries a stated fifty-unit minimum plus a minimum spend the vendor does not publish, so landlords below fifty units cannot buy at the per-unit rate.

Unit caps
