One click puts a vacancy on the named rental sites and on the manager's own marketing website, and the row is included on all three plans rather than sold as an extra.

Getting your data out
Spreadsheet exports and reports; not every ledger exports. Settings > Export Data downloads spreadsheets for rentals, associations, accounting, tasks and communication, and every report runs as a spreadsheet, but Buildium says it does not export all ledger financials.
