Rent payment fees
A rent payment by bank transfer or cash carries a $1 convenience fee charged to the tenant, cards 3.1% plus $0.30, and the landlord may choose to cover the $1.
Our convenience fee is only $1 for ACH/Cash and the tenant can set up their RentRedi mobile app to automatically pay rent every month.
Minimum units or minimum fee
There is no stated minimum number of units and no monthly minimum beyond the single subscription fee, which one unit pays as well.

Tenants pay by bank transfer, card, digital wallet or cash, and the vendor says a bank transfer reaches the landlord's account in two to three business days.
